This one step repair mix is designed for lawns damaged by dog urine and other animal related burns. It combines premium grass seed, moisture holding coir and gypsum which helps neutralise the salts in urine that scorch and thin the turf. Gypsum is a calcium rich mineral that rebalances soil nutrient levels so new seed can germinate and establish more easily. The mix includes ryegrass and fescue for fast coverage and a close, durable finish.

The coir absorbs up to six times its weight in water and expands around the seed to create a moist protective layer. This supports quick germination with shoots appearing in as little as four days in ideal conditions. The binder keeps the mix in place so it will not wash away and the resulting grass can grow twice as thick as ordinary seed. Covering up to one hundred and thirty spots this pack includes a spreader for even application from March to September.
