If you purchased one of the larger sizes of our Giant Dragonfly Deluxe Designs and want to watch us stitch out and assemble this design from beginning to end, you can purchase this class as the larger sizes are stitched out in a similar manner.

This beautiful Giant Dragonfly Deluxe design for a 5x7 hoop is created in 3 separate hoopings and then assembled when dry.

The body and tail of this design are FREE STANDING LACE and the wings are stitched onto mylar.

We will be stitching out all the pieces in class, then I will show you how to best rinse the stabilizer out and dry the pieces. I will also show you how to assemble the dragonfly so you can do so after your pieces are totally dry.

When assembled the wingspan is approx. 13.5" wide and the body length is approx. 8" long

We will discuss best practices for stitching out Free Standing Lace designs and other tips and tricks for machine embroidery.

There will also be a few other fun activities during class while the wings are stitching out and a prize drawing at the end of class.

Requirements for the class:

• A working embroidery machine with a hoop that fits the design size
• The ability to download, unzip and transfer the design to your machine
• The ability to fully operate your machine
• Have reliable internet and any device you will be watching on, fully charged
• Ability to download and use Zoom

To prepare for class you will need to:

• Have all necessary notions and supplies ready.
• Download the file instantly after purchasing or from the link in an email sent to you after purchase.
• Have your design loaded onto the machine prior to start time. Do not run your design through any software. Make sure you have the number of steps showing on your machine matching the number of steps in the instructions
• Have the stabilizer hooped
