A second of two houses found the other day in Maine, and while certainly made by the same person, 1920s-30s I would guess, each feels like its own special thing and is of substantial scale, so I am listing individually. Made from scratch using crate wood (with the print on the wood visible inside), with hand-painted doors and windows, brick chimney and black painted roof. The patina to dry wood on this one is especially great, and one one long side is a large black painted "N" at one side, perhaps indicating North? Very charming.

10 3/4” t x 8 3/4” l x 6 3/4” w. Good condition, with an old split in the wood of the side with the "N" as documented, still very sturdy and sound.
